Refund policy

Overview - We want you happy with your order. Because our products are intimate, personal care items, some returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy explains what we can take back, how refunds work, and how to cancel an order.

Returns - We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • CBD suppositories, balms, scrubs, and any other consumable or topical product once the seal is broken
  • Products without their original packaging
  • Gift cards and final sale items

To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We will send return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders - If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and the packaging. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping.

Refunds - Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you were charged for expedited shipping and we failed to deliver on time, contact us and we will make it right.

Cancellations and order changes - If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may be able to return it under the Returns section above. It may already be packed or on its way, and we cannot guarantee changes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
